Braeburn: It has a sweet flavor balanced with moderate tartness to produce a unique blend. The texture is crisp and firm and juicy. The undercolor is yellowish green and is shaded by a broadly red-striped color pattern. It is a very late-season apple with a long storage life.
Cameo:
The Cameo has a pleasantly sweet-tart flavor and a firm texture. It is
colored with a red stripe over a creamy background. Excellent both
cooked and fresh. A wonderful dessert apple.
Criterion: The Criterion has the distinctive shape of a Red Delicious, but has a bold yellow color, often with a red blush.
